These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FinToku website, financial calculators, tools, and blog content (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Sanestix (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company registered in Pakistan, trading as “FinToku” (“FinToku,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

FinToku provides free online financial calculators (including EMI, SIP, Fixed Deposit, Tax, Currency Conversion, and Loan Comparison tools) and educational blog content related to personal finance. The Services are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINTOKU AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY CALCULATOR RESULT OR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinToku and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. This governing law applies regardless of your country of residence; however, nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection or privacy rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction, including the U.S. state privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
